Registered Classes / Sessions If you have registered for a class/session and cancel within a week of the class starting OR within the FIRST WEEK of classes we require payment for that first week of all classes you are registered in as well as a $25 administration fee. After the first week of a session, we do not refund your registration fees. You are responsible for paying for the entire session. We hope you understand that we have a waitlist for most classes and once you reserve your spot in a class, we turn others away. If there is a medical reason that you cannot continue in a session then we will gladly give you a credit that you can use for future classes. Each situation will be considered individually. Classes / Sessions are non transferrable between clients.
MAKE-UP CLASSES Please understand this is a COURTESY to you and you are not guaranteed make-up classes when you miss your regular class. We offer this as an option for our Pilates clients to ‘trade’ spots on a large calendar. Instructors and Management will not get involved with or find make-up spots for anyone. Please understand the following procedures for making up a missed class:
You MUST POST the class that you are going to miss AT LEAST 48 HOURS AHEAD. If you miss a class, but have not posted your opening, you may NOT make it up.
Once your class is posted, you can find an opening in another class that has been posted on the make-up calendar as long as it is within the SAME SESSION and it is the SAME TYPE of class (meaning if you miss a mat class, you can only make up with a mat class).
If you post a spot with more than 48 hours notice, but cannot find another opening to do a make-up class, unfortunately you just lose that class you missed. Please understand that when you register for a class, it is your responsibility to attend your scheduled class. Make-up classes should not be expected or assumed – this is a courtesy to our clients to allow for some flexibility.
If you are travelling for an extended period, need time off for medical or personal reasons, but wish to HOLD your spot in classes, please speak to the management about our HOLDING FEE OPTION.
Retail Studio Pilates is a retail partner of lululemon athletica. We do not accept returns from lululemon athletica corporate stores, nor do we accept their giftcards.
The following items are a final sale: underwear, socks, headbands, waterbottles, bags, hats, gloves. Exchanges and returns for all other items are accepted within 14 days from purchase date. Returned and exchanged items must be unworn and have hangtags and inside tags attached - no exceptions. Pilates equipment/dvds are also a final sale.
