We will guide you into a program/classes that fit your schedule and your fitness goals. Bathing suit type workout gear and disco lights don't exist here. We know that wellness comes from multiple aspects in life, such as social, spiritual, and emotional health. Studio Pilates is a platform for wellness - a space to move with professional instruction, a space to create relationships with others in the same life stage as yourself, and an environment where you belong - we promise, we will know your name. HOW TO GET STARTED If you feel PILATES might be a good fit for you, we offer a WEEK OF WELCOME pass, which allows you to participate in Pilates MAT classes as well as access all of our pre-recorded workouts virtually on Studio On Demand. Spin? Barre? Strength Classes? HIIT? The Week of Welcome pass will be perfect for you! A full week to experiment with different workouts and get comfortable with class booking and the Studio vibe.
What to WEAR? This is a normal concern, and what you want to work out in, is none of our business! Many of our classes are barefoot fitness, so you don't need to worry about shoes. If a class is barefoot, this is indicated in the class description. Shorts, tights, sweats, t-shirts, spandex..... anything goes - as long as you're comfortable.
How to SIGN UP for classes? We use a studio management software called MindBody. Once you have an account in MB, you can book and buy passes and memberships online with a credit card in your account. We also have this cool app that you can download free from iTunes/GooglePlay! This app is integrated with MindBody, so whatever you do on the desktop, or in the app, will show up in your account. We are here to help you get started with the technology, and we often set up your account for you and walk you through in person or on the phone if necessary. Once you get used to booking, it becomes a very slick way of managing your workout schedule and getting reminders for your upcoming classes, if you opt into notifications!
