Build and maintain core strength, posture, & hip strength and mobility, as you progress through your pregnancy. Pelvic floor conditioning, deep core strengthening, stretching, and breathwork will all be covered in your classes. Release, relax, and connect with your body and your baby!
Prepare for labour, delivery, and motherhood with safe, gentle pilates exercises on specialized Pilates equipment (reformer, stability chair, cadillac). The equipment supports your body and provides light resistance for strength training with spring tension. You are always in control of your spring tension and modifications for exercises will be given so that you feel comfortable and safe in all stages of pregnancy.
Our Pilates instructors are certified, and experienced in special considerations for pregnancy. As your body, your balance, and your baby changes through 9 months of pregnancy, you will be provided with SAFE, effective exercises. No experience required and all fitness levels are more than welcome!
