We teach the BOOTY BARRE method and all instructors are fully certified. Booty Barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga, that will tone and strengthen the whole body. This full body workout begins with a warm up, followed by arm sculpting using 3 lb weights of flexbands, then lower body work at the barre! Sliders and loop bands are often used for variety and challenge. The class will end with continued core and glute work on the floor, followed by a relaxing stretch.
