At Studio Pilates we teach the BootyBarre technique. All of our instructors are fully certified to provide a safe, effective workout. BootyBarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. BootyBarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. We focus on proper biomechanics for a safe and well structured class that can be modified for any fitness level. We offer the traditional BootyBarre class as well as Booty Barre Sculpt using Flexbands tied to the Barre for added resistance and variety.
