Small Group Pilates Classes: These classes are typically offered in 8-week sessions. Registration is optional for these sessions and each class is offered once per week. Clients are welcome to register in more than one class per week and this is very beneficial for seeing results with Pilates training. Drop Ins are welcome if spots are available. Sign up for drop in apparatus classes here. Small group training offers a fun atmosphere with a maximum of 7 clients per apparatus class and a max of 10 per mat class. By having a limited number of participants per class allows your instructor to give attention to detail and movement quality. We highly recommend one mat class and one apparatus class per week as the perfect combination.
Private and Semi-Private Training Private Training is one-on-one instruction that enables you and your instructor to focus on creating an individualized program to meet your personal exercise, performance, or rehabilitation needs. MAT PILATES – traditional floor work involving the five Stott Pilates® principles. Improve mobility in the spine and all joints, increase core strength and muscle flexibility with the Mat exercises. You will incorporate small Pilates equipment such as toning balls, foam rollers, fitness circles, flex-bands, and stability cushions to keep things interesting!
APPARATUS PILATES – these classes involve working out on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Frame and Stability Chair. This specialized Pilates equipment uses spring tension for resistance. You’ll be using your core to stabilize while you strengthen your limbs! Improve shoulder and hip mobility as well as posture and flexibility.
PILATES FOR YOUTH DANCERS – Pilates conditioning for dancers to strengthen, lengthen, and prevent injuries. Improve dance technique, body awareness & coordination, and work on imbalances with Jenna Lee Hay, professional dancer and certified pilates instructor along with Hannah Peacock – artistic director at STRIVE DANCE ACADEMY. Hannah & Jenna Lee's knowledge of dance and pilates is highly regarded in our dance community. Classes can be arranged by request for a group or individual lessons.

Using a fun and challenging interval format, it alternates high‐intensity step drills with strength training exercises. BOOTY BARRE® - An energetic, FUN workout at the ballet barre! The Booty Barre® workout fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone and define the whole body (especially the booty!) You don’t need any dance experience...or shoes! BARRE SCULPT - A different version of the traditional Booty Barre® class, SCULPT incorporates flexbands and cuffs (for feet and ankles) for a Pilates based resistance class at the BARRE. With high energy music to motivate, this class will tone the booty, and all your other parts too! Stability, balance, strength, & flexibility using the resistance of the barre and flexbands. BUTTS 'N GUTS - The name says it all! A strength class targeting GLUTES and ABDOMINALS (pssst - we balance the ab work with back strengthening). A variety of small equipment is used and variations on exercises always given for different fitness levels and joint considerations. UPPER BODY BLAST & CORE - Focus on upper body strengthening and CORE! This class is dedicated to resistance training of the arms, chest, back, and abs. A variety of equipment will be used and modifications always offered!
CIRCUIT - A fun strength & cardio circuit for all fitness levels. Work at stations for a full body workout at your own pace! This class will fly by as you shift gears between strength & cardio exercises. Leave feeling strong & sweaty. *Sneakers required.

Light resistance equipment will be used such as bands, weights, sliding discs. Gentle core exercises and stretching to finish this workout. This is a mild to moderate class that is similar to our signature Strength For Life workout, with the addition of light cardio combinations that are easy to follow. *Barefoot or grip socks recommended. STRENGTH FOR LIFE – A movement class for balance, strength, flexibility & mobility. A combination class to boost muscle tone & bone density, mobilize joints & increase flexibility. Improve your balance, trust your body. Your instructor will take into consideration any injuries, issues, or concerns you have with your body while leading you through a mild, well balanced fitness class. You will experience elements of Pilates as well as standing work at the barre. Foot and lower leg health is crucial to long term balance & function. PSYCLE (SPIN) Welcome to our Indoor Group Cycling Classes led by a motivated instructor and accompanied by a powerful and energizing playlist! Indoor cycling is one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and to work at an individual pace, in an inspiring group setting. Indoor Cycling classes are low impact so they are suitable for most people and can accommodate all ability levels. Our PSYCLE classes will immerse you in an experience with an educated, personable instructor who has gone through extensive Schwinn training to lead a safe, effective ride. We keep our classes intimate so our instructors can ensure quality movement and posture. *We offer you Schwinn A.C. Sport Carbon Blue bikes. These high end bikes have a carbon belt drive train, and a console that offers feedback in Power (watts), RPM (cadence), Kcal (calories), Heart Rate (if you have HR monitor), Time, & Distance. RIPPED RIDE - 30 min of spin / 30 min of Strength Training - good 'ol fashioned WEIGHT TRAINING! All fitness levels welcome as you choose your own intensity on the bike, and choose your own free weights! *Sneakers required.
BIKER GANG – A Saturday morning Endurance Ride! Start the class on the bike for 55 min to train the heart, lungs, & legs…then end with a good stretch. *Sneakers or spin shoes required.
RIDE & ROLL - Ride for 45 min then enjoy a 15 min guided stretch & foam roll. *Sneakers or spin shoes required.
FLO RIDER - This class is perfect for those wanting a mild spin class or any beginner spinners! Start with a half hour ride, followed by mild core work and a stretch. A 30 minute ride at your desired intensity then enjoy a flowing series of stretching movements with elements of Yoga & Pilates.
