Registered Classes / Sessions If you have registered for a Pilates Apparatus session and cancel within a week of the class starting OR within the FIRST WEEK of classes we require payment for that first week of all classes you are registered in as well as a $25 administration fee. After the first week of a session, we do not refund your registration fees. You are responsible for paying for the entire session. We hope you understand that we have a waitlist for most classes and once you reserve your spot in a class, we turn others away. If there is a medical reason that you cannot continue in a session then we will gladly give you a credit that you can use for future classes. Each situation will be considered individually. Classes / Sessions are non transferrable between clients.
MAKE-UP CLASSES for REGISTERED PILATES APPARATUS CLIENTS Please understand this is a COURTESY to you and you are not guaranteed make-up classes when you miss your regular class. We offer this as an option for our Pilates clients to ‘trade’ spots and this is managed at our reception desk. Please understand the following procedures for making up a missed class:
You MUST INFORM the receptionist of the class(es) that you are going to miss AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. If you skip a class, but have not "opened up your spot", you may NOT make it up. That is your choice to not come to class, but please do not expect to take a make up spot if you haven't opened up yours'.
Once you have informed the receptionist of the class(es) you're going to miss, the receptionist will do her best to find an opening in another class that has been opened up by another client as long as it is within the SAME SESSION and it is the SAME TYPE of class (meaning if you miss a mat class, you can only make up with a mat class).
If you open your spot with more than 24 hours notice, but we cannot find another opening to do a make-up class, unfortunately you just lose that class you missed. We try very hard to ensure you find a make up spot, but sometimes this is out of our control, should classes be full or if others have not had the courtesy to open up spots. Please understand that when you register for a class, it is your responsibility to attend your scheduled class. Make-up classes should not be expected or assumed – this is a courtesy to our clients to allow for some flexibility.
If you are travelling for an extended period, need time off for medical or personal reasons, or work shift work, but still wish to take classes with a varied schedule, please speak to the management about options. We will gladly look at ways to work with your schedule!
FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY Should you need to cancel your class reservation and there is MORE than 8 hours until the class start time, your punch pass will not be charged (if you have a class pass) and there will be no penalty for those with unlimited memberships. If you cancel your class within 8 hours of your scheduled class start time, this is considered a "late cancel". If you have a punch pass, the class will be deducted from the pass. If you have an unlimited membership, after 2 late cancelled classes within a calendar month, you will be charged $10 per late cancelled class, for the remainder of the calendar month. The same policy applies for NO SHOWS to classes you have signed up for. The $10 late cancel / no show fee will be charged to your credit card on file.

The following items are a final sale: underwear, socks, headbands, waterbottles, bags, hats, gloves. Exchanges and returns for all other items are accepted within 14 days from purchase date. Returned and exchanged items must be unworn and have hangtags and inside tags attached - no exceptions. Pilates equipment/dvds are also a final sale.
