My name is Jordyn Taylor and I’m so excited to partner with Studio Pilates! I’m a registered dietitian and the owner of a nutrition private practice in Central Alberta, JoRD Nutrition Counselling and Dietitian Services. I am passionate about helping people feel their best, and I believe eating well can help you to do so! I work with clients who want to eat well to support their general health and wellness journey through menopause, ADHD, PCOS, pre-conception and fertility health, pre-natal and post-partum health, oral health, and more.
I like to take the guesswork out of eating well and help navigate through all the nutrition noise. I help my clients find practical and realistic strategies that fit into their lives. My favourite question to help someone with is, “What should I make for dinner?”
