We have a fitness program for everyBODY!  There are 2 çategories of classes offered - FITNESS & PILATES

*Fitness includes classes such as Barre, Spin, TRX, Strength Training, Piloxing, Essentrics, Mat Pilates and more!
*Pilates includes Apparatus classes(reformers, chairs, cadillac), and Pilates Mat 

Unlimited FITNESS Memberships & the 10-Class Fitness Pass allow you open booking for all classes on the schedule, with the exception of Pilates Apparatus (Pilates Mat IS included!).  Memberships are based on the length of commitment (1,3,6, or 12 months).

PILATES Memberships & the 10-Class Pilates Pass, allow booking for the Pilates Apparatus (reformers, chairs, cadillac) classes.  Memberships are based on how many Pilates Apparatus classes you'd like to take per month (option of 4 or 8), along with the length of commitment (6 or 12 months).  *Attend Pilates MAT classes free of charge if you have a Pilates Membership
