Small Group Pilates Classes: These classes are typically offered in 8-week sessions. Registration is required for these sessions and each class is offered once per week. Clients are welcome to register in more than one class per week and this is very beneficial for seeing results with Pilates training. Small group training offers a fun atmosphere with a maximum of 6 clients per apparatus class and a max of 8 per mat class. By having a limited number of participants per class allows your instructor to give attention to detail and movement quality. We highly recommend one mat class and one apparatus class per week as the perfect combination.
Private and Semi-Private Training Private Training is one-on-one instruction that enables you and your instructor to focus on creating an individualized program to meet your personal exercise, performance, or rehabilitation needs. MAT PILATES – traditional floo es involving the five Stott Pilates® principles. Improve mobility in the spine and all joints, increase core strength and muscle flexibility with the Mat exercises. You will incorporate small Pilates equipment such as toning balls, foam rollers, fitness circles, flex-bands, and stability cushions to keep things interesting!
PRENATAL PILATES - Stay strong, mobile and healthy during your pregnancy. Pilates during pregnancy encourages faster recovery after baby is born, and a quicker return to abdominal strength! Ladies who are pregnant are welcome in all of our pilates classes. We simply provide modifications and variations as needed for each mama. Stay strong and keep moving!
APPARATUS – these classes involve working out on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Frame and Stability Chair. This specialized Pilates equipment uses spring tension for resistance. You’ll be using your core to stabilize while you strengthen your limbs! Improve shoulder and hip mobility as well as posture and flexibility.
PILATES FOR YOUTH DANCERS – Pilates conditioning for dancers to strengthen, lengthen, and prevent injuries. Improve dance technique, body awareness & coordination, and work on imbalances with Hannah Peacock – artistic director at STRIVE DANCE ACADEMY. PSYCLE -Welcome to our Indoor Group Cycling Classes led by a motivated instructor and accompanied by a powerful and energizing playlist! Indoor cycling is one of the best ways to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and to work at an individual pace, in an inspiring group setting. Indoor Cycling classes are low impact so they are suitable for most people and can accommodate all ability levels. Our PSYCLE classes will immerse you in an experience with an educated, personable instructor who has gone through extenstive Schwinn training to lead a safe, effective ride. We keep our classes intimate so our instructors can ensure quality movement and posture. Max 10 clients per class. *We offer you Schwinn A.C. Sport Carbon Blue bikes. These high end bikes have a carbon belt drive train, and a console that offers feedback in Power (watts), RPM (cadence), Kcal (calories), Heart Rate (if you have HR monitor), Time, & Distance. PURE PSYCLE – Enjoy the ride! 45 or 60 minutes on the bike with great music and variation. Your educated instructor will lead you through a riding experience that will raise your heart rate, blast calories, strengthen your lower body , and get the endorphins flowing! *This is a DROP IN FITNESS class PSYCLE STRONG – Complete your ride with upper body resistance work & core exercises. FLO RIDER - Half Spin. Half Sculpting Flow. This class is an all-in-one workout that includes cardio, strength, and stretch. A 30 minute ride on the bike, then enjoy a flowing series of strengthening and stretching movements with elements of Yoga & Pilates.
IntervalFIT - Anti-aging, metabolism boosting, quick and effective…if any of these sound appealing, this is the class for you! Enjoy an interval style class, which will provide high intensity work bouts balanced by low intensity active recovery.
